About the Brand

Mudd was established in 1995 with the launch of their flare jean and since then has expanded to wide variety of products for its fashion minded teen customer.

Today the Mudd brand is a dedicated generation of independent girls whose free spirit is as important as her individual style. Mudd girls are effortlessly cool while committed to expressing their individuality. They stay true to their unique style and have fun in the process. Mudd girls stand up, stand out and make their dreams a reality. They lead by action, and know they can impact the future.

Mudd launched its national marketing campaign in 2015 with a cast of web stars. The girls were the younger sisters to their famous celebrity siblings: Noah Cyrus (Miley Cyrus), Stella Hudgens (Vanessa Hudgens) and Alli Simpson (Cody Simpson). The boys included Jack Gilinsky and Jack Johnson of pop-rap duo, Jack and Jack, as well as their good friend Sammy Wilkinson. This campaign was a huge success, garnering hundreds of millions of social media impresions alone.

2016 kicked off with an all female cast of social media influencers, including Teala Dunn, Sierra Furtado, Sarai Jones and Cloe Couture. Watch them as they hit the road across the country for our #destinationmudd series!
